Every repair starts with proper diagnostics. Once we identify the issue, we provide clear, upfront pricing before any work begins—no surprises.
Yes. Our diagnostic fee covers travel to your home and a detailed system evaluation to identify the root cause of the issue. We focus on accurate diagnostics and doing the job right—not guessing or upselling.
At this time, we do not offer financing. We’re always happy to discuss options and help you find the best solution for your situation.
We accept cash, check, and card. Cash and check payments receive a 2% discounted rate.
Technical & Product Info
If your system can be reliably repaired, we’ll fix it. If replacement makes more long-term sense, we’ll explain why. No pressure, just honest recommendations.
